Sanofi launches DE&I Board

Sanofi introduces the first-of-its kind Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Board to feature outside advisors. Sanofi’s DE&I Board will include three of the most prominent voices in the field: organizational psychologist & best-selling author John Amaechi, award-winning social entrepreneur Caroline Casey, and DE&I pioneer and renowned thought-leader Rohini Anand.

With a focus on building representative leadership, creating a work environment in which employees can bring their whole selves and engaging with Sanofi’s diverse communities, the DE&I strategy was revamped in June 2021 with set objectives for 2025. The DE&I Board has the responsibility of ensuring Sanofi’s DE&I strategy is effectively implemented, monitoring progress on the company’s 2025 targets, and advising on how to accelerate the company’s impact in this area.
