A tailor-made selection

1 month before the opening of the event, you can access the detailed presentation of all the participants; you can select which ones you would like to meet. An efficient search engine and algorithm will allow you to select the decision makers that interest you.

A free answer

Participants accept or decline meeting requests.

Personalized schedule

1 week ahead the event, meeting schedules are organized considering accepted meeting requests and participants’ availabilities. You will be able to prepare your meetings at best, to be as impactful as possible on the day in front of your speakers.

30 minutes meeting

During the event, you will meet the participants with whom a meeting has been arranged. The appointments will last maximum 30 minutes. You will benefit from the follow-up of our dedicated team, who ensures that the appointments go smoothly. Late or absent participants will be followed-up in order to be able, if necessary, to reschedule an appointment that has been canceled.
