Your ‘My Easyfairs’ account offers a simple and centralised dashboard to help you manage your online exhibitor profile, invite key customers, download promotional items and much more.

Meanwhile, our on-site EasyGo smart badge technology ensures you won’t miss a single lead at the event.

Brands look to the supplier community for the technical and design innovations that will help them transform their products and meet consumer challenges. Update your profile in My Easyfairs and communicate how your company and products solve your customers’ challenges.

2. Unique invitation link
Use your unique registration URL to invite your clients and prospects and track who has registered to see you at the show. Add it to your email signature, use on social media and send to clients directly. You can create as many links as you like and track them via your My Easyfairs account.

3. Promotional banners
Download customised digital buttons, event logos and web banners to add to your website and team email signatures. Your personalised banner will include your stand number and is available to download through My Easyfairs.

4. Printed invitations
Will send you 30 complimentary personalised invitations to mail to your most valued clients/prospects to invite them to visit your stand at the exhibition. If you require more information please contact us.

Beware of fake list vendors and similar scams!

Easyfairs draws your attention to fraudulent offers of list data and other “services” that you may receive via unsolicited emails.

If you receive such a communication, it is certainly fraudulent and does not come from Easyfairs. Easyfairs respects the privacy of attendees and never sells private data to third parties.

The data provided by these companies is most of the time inaccurate, incomplete, of poor quality or even fake and/or has been gathered or acquired in contravention of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Any use that such companies make of the name Easyfairs or Connect in Pharma is without our authorisation and is illegal.

Please do not respond to these emails. On no account should you make any payments to the companies behind them.

This decision has been made after careful consideration and is due to a strategic shift within Easyfairs. For those who still wish to engage with the region of Geneva and explore opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector, we are pleased to inform you that Mind Exhibitions will be organizing an event with a similar scope.
