The Sustainable Medicines Packaging Awards showcase and celebrate sustainable innovations revolutionising pharmaceutical packaging today.
The Awards are run by sustainable healthcare pioneers, YewMaker, the executive lead of the Sustainable Medicines Partnership, a public-private partnership building science-based, scalable solutions to make medicines and medicines packaging more sustainable.
Award winners will be announced at an in-person champagne award ceremony at our event on 14 September 2022, hosted by the YewMaker founder and AstraZeneca Non-Executive Director, Dr Nazneen Rahman.
Categories
This award will showcase innovations in sustainable packaging design. Such a design innovation may involve materials, constituents, size, or shape of medicine or medical device packaging to reduce waste and increase sustainability.
Are you offering packaging services, processes, partnerships or products that reduce single-use packaging? Enter the Circularity Award and let us showcase how you are bringing circularity into the pharma packaging supply chain.
How do you enter?
To enter please send a one-page flyer describing your sustainable packaging innovation. You can also, optionally, send us a link to a one-min video. Only launched products/services are eligible. Closing date for entries is 1 August 2022.
Highly commended, bronze, silver, and gold medal winners will be selected by an international panel of judges. All winners will receive digital certificates and medals and recognition through YewMaker and Connect in Pharma networks and communication channels.
Medal winners will be announced at an exclusive in-person champagne reception at our event in Geneva on 14 September 2022.
