Using smart prefilled syringes to optimize the delivery of biologics in clinical trials and routine care

The objective of this workshop was to identify the potential benefits of smart PFS in the context of a clinical trial or routine care and understand how they can positively impact medication adherence and clinical effectiveness of the drug. The workshop featured a live demo of smart PFS products and used cases for specific applications in clinical trials and routine care, with interventions from members of the Healthcare industry and treatment adherence specialist.

How to optimize the use of CCIT technologies to ensure the best product integrity and meet regulatory requirements

Parenteral products safety begins with containers closure integrity testing: the ability to maintain a sterile barrier and to prevent leakage resulting in product contamination. Recent regulatory guidance and requirements are influencing changes in industry best practices for CCIT. The challenge of choosing the proper method for each product requires a comprehensive approach: in this session we gave an overview on multi-technology approaches that the Antares Vision Group offers to allow effective CCI testing.
